Bursaries

In line with our Uniting Church ethos, 澳门最快开奖 has a proud history of providing educational opportunities for students who would not normally have the means to attend the College. We embrace a diverse community and we all benefit from this.

Needs-Based Bursaries (Years 7 鈥 11)

A number of needs-based bursaries are available to support a well-rounded and committed student who demonstrates sound academic achievement, but who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend 澳门最快开奖.

A bursary application may be submitted independent of the scholarship process. Bursaries are awarded by the Head of 澳门最快开奖, in consultation with the Director of Finance, and they are non-public, confidential awards, treated in the strictest of confidence. Usually, these bursaries offer a 25% rebate, but they can be 50% in exceptional circumstances. Applicants and their families need to demonstrate a commitment toward, and empathy with, an independent education in a Uniting Church context.

Students who live in rural areas are given special consideration, but day admission will also be considered.

Howard Bantock Memorial Trust Bursary

This named bursary is given to a student who demonstrates an ’empathy for religious thinking and who is demonstrating qualities of Christian stewardship’. It is a needs-based award and the value varies according to need, and the availability of funds. Where applicable, the rebate is additionally applied to the boarding fee.
